1) How to Install ?
   - Download the File's ( Downloads links at the bottom )
   - Extract the File's into new folder.
   - Run ISs.exe as administrator ( Vista or 7)
   - Restart computer's.

2) Question !

    Q - It's say error or getting some error when run the Program.
    A - You must get permission or be administrator to run this program. This Program need to access
           into your windows protected File's to add new file's.

    Q - I don't see any Run as administrator when  right click on ISs.exe.
    A - You need to take ownership to be administrator. Easiest way is run on safemode.
